  An eclectic menu with entrees from pad thai to a bacon cheeseburger. Both of which are excellent. Nice selection of salads which double as lunch meals. My dining companions say that the salmon is delicious. Your meal may take a few minutes to come out so not optimal for a quick lunch maybe but that's because everything is individually prepared not mass produced.

  We have eaten dinner here a number of times resulting in some mixed opinions. This time we tried brunch. It was delicious. I had the green chile and eggs - it may not be New Mexico spicy or Colorado peppery or even particularly green, but it was delicious and chock full of tender morsels of pork. My wife had the eggs cooked with cream & herbs and it was delicious, but decadently rich. The bacon served alongside it was spectacularly smoky and not at all sweet which is the way bacon should be.
  
  A separate paragraph about toast... Yes, the toast was GREAT and not the hideous dry stuff served by most breakfast restaurants.
  
  Coffee, served in a French press, was really good also (a local Carrboro roast of course).
  
  The waitress was the right balance of friendly, well-trained and knowledgeable about the food.

  The service is good, but the food left me wanting more. The over-easy eggs were more like fried eggs in the brunch fried chicken, and the yolk of the eggs were not runny. In the end, the eggs were overcooked. The chicken, on the other hand, was delicious! Moist and crispy, perfect for a brunch fried chicken.

  Overall experience was nice. The food was tasty. However, I have noticed a couple of minor imperfections. The gravlax plate was good, but the creamy dressing over the salad was too heavy for me. Overall, decent food and environment.
